You downloaded the app—now what?
First, keep it simple. Start by choosing one nudge that you can complete daily. It doesn’t have to be big, just something that pushes you slightly outside your comfort zone. After creating an account you’ll see your home screen populated with some common nudges. These are meant to simply act as a guide for you - do not feel obligated to keep them. Any nudges you don’t want to keep, simply click the gear icon next to that nudge and delete it.
How to Choose Your First Nudge
Look for an activity you tend to avoid—something that sparks internal resistance. A good way to spot a nudge-worthy action is by paying attention to those small, nagging thoughts:
❌ “I don’t feel like doing this right now.”
❌ “I should probably do this, but I’ll do it later.”
❌ “Ugh, this again?”
That’s your cue. Your first nudge could be:
✅ Doing the dishes right after eating
✅ Going to the gym even when you don’t feel like it
✅ Choosing a salad over junk food
✅ Taking a cold shower
