How To Use The App

Upon logging in you’ll see the home screen. This allows you to track your nudges as well as access other screens from the app.

If at any time you want to get back to this screen, simply tap the orange Neuro-Nudge logo at the bottom-middle of your screen.

After completing each nudge, you’ll have a chance to rate the difficulty of what you just completed.

You will see this screen every time you complete a nudge because the difficulty will not always be the same for a given activity.

You’ll see a view of today’s activity after each completion so you can admire all the challenges you’ve overcome today.

Simply click on “Keep Rolling” to get back to the home screen.

To view your progress in more detail, click on “Statistics” in the bottom-left corner of the screen. This will take you to a much more detailed reporting screen where you can take a look back at your total points as well as individual nudges. Tapping on any one individual nudge will allow you to see how this has trended over time.

There’s a lot more, but this should get you started! Now all you need to do is:

  • Log into the app

  • Find some activities you need to do but don’t want to do

  • Do those activities

  • Track them in the app

  • Review your progress frequently

Aim for 10+ points per day, and you’ll be amazed at the transformative change that these small activities throughout the day bring.
