Notes

When completing a nudge, you’ll have the notice a section for leaving notes. Think of this section as your personal scratchpad within the app. You can use it to:

  • Clarify Your Nudge – Write a quick description to reinforce why you chose this action.

  • Track Personal Records – Jot down performance improvements, such as running times or weight lifted.

  • Save Quick Thoughts – Use Notes as a reminder of insights, adjustments, or reflections on your progress.
