Standing Meditation

Challenge: Standing meditation. Stand with perfect posture and arms at your side. Count your breath from 1-10. Once you get to 10, start over at 1. If you feel your mind wandering at any point, start over at 1.

How long to do this? As long as you can. Record your time and try to beat the next time around.
